Ms. Kavanagh brings over 30 years of experience in the field of personal injury since 1989 working as a Litigation Law Clerk while completing her undergraduate and law degrees. Aileen has extensive litigation experience representing clients in motor vehicle accident cases, construction and work-related injuries/labor law, slip and falls, bicycle accidents, school injuries, products liability, wrongful death/conscious pain and suffering, and more, in both State and Federal Courts.
